"Site unseen, we rolled through 3 cattle gates and were greeted by a herd of pronghorn and two massive re-rock sentinels. Our accommodations were as unique as our hosts. Breakfast was a family affair with Jerry, Bette & fellow guests. Although our stay was brief, we felt like part of the Kinkade Family and vowed to return. If they would have given me a job, I'd still be there. If you are looking for 5 stars, add them to the billion or so you can see in the night sky at the Ranch. "We originally had reservations for two nights, but after talking to Jerry added three more nights. Am I glad we did! We were traveling west with another couple, and we all had a fantastic time. The ranch is beautiful, Jerry is charming, and the breakfast outside is a treat. The ranch is convenient to Cody. Staying at this ranch was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Betty, Bud, Larry, and Jen all made us feel right at home. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when we are in Cody. I hope we have an opportunity to return. " ...

"This was a great place to stay! The antelope greeted us as we drove in. The host, Jerry, had us laughing from the moment we said hello. We stayed in the tent house which was an adventure. "We traveled for two weeks in South Dakota, Wyoming, and Montana and our stay at the K3 was the best by far! If we are ever fortunate enough to be back in the area, I plan to stay for at least three nights. There is so much to see and do in the area and the K3 is the perfect base camp"....8/30/2010
