Reservations may be made on-line right now! Click on the "Book Now" link above to check room availability and confirm reservations. Once reservations have been made you will receive a confirmation e-mail message. Make sure to follow the driving map and directions provided on this site. GPS positioning does not work in our rural area and we don't want anyone getting lost. If you have questions please contact us before you head out of Cody to the ranch.
Policies & additional information
CHECK IN TIME: Guests should arrive for check in by 6:00 p.m.
The K3 Guest Ranch is not a motel and therefore is not continuously staffed. Jerry greatly appreciates guest arrivals before 6:00 p.m. MDT, prior to guests attending evening activities in Cody. If you cannot arrive before 6:00 p.m., please notify us so we can meet you at the ranch at a designated time. Toll free: 888.587.2080 / 307.587.2080, or e-mail jerry@k3guestranch.com.
BREAKFAST is served at 8am outdoors on our breakfast patio weather permitting. If weather prevents an outdoor breakfast the K3 Lodge dining room will be used.
CHECK OUT time is 10am.
CHILDREN may play in our lovely fenced lawn and garden area under adult supervision. Our beautiful creek, canal and the surrounding areas are not fenced so parents must closely supervise their children in these areas.
SMOKING IS NOT PERMITED inside the K3 Guest Ranch Lodge or any outbuildings. Smoking is allowed outside and away from doors and windows.
PETS are not allowed at the K3 Guest Ranch Bed & Breakfast
If you do not receive a confirmation shortly after making your reservation, please, first check your spam file, then call us and we will be glad to re-send it.
CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR ROOMS, ACTIVITIES & EVENTS
We understand that sometimes the best made plans must change. K3 Guest Ranch Bed & Breakfast is a small business and every guest reservation is both important and very special to us. Each cancellation affects us significantly.
If your travel or event plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 30 days prior to your arrival or event date to cancel your reservation and to authorize a 15% processing fee.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel your reservation with less than 30 days notice or shorten your stay, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. In the event that we are able to re-book your room, we will refund the amount collected less a 15% processing fee.
