Reunions 

Families planning a reunion should look no further than the K3 Guest Ranch Bed & Breakfast.  In addition to all the comforts of our three guest rooms and our new Sheepheerder Wagons, the delights of the vistas, the patio, our lawn and gardens are fenced so children cannot wander.  Caterers are welcome for the big family dinner, or our kitchen is available for meal preparation.

Meetings and Retreats

Business meeting planners should put the K3 Guest Ranch Bed & Breakfast at the top of their list for small business meetings or retreats. The first floor dining room can seat up to 30 at banquet tables or classroom style and the sitting area of the Chuck Wagon Room can hold a small meeting beside the vintage gas fireplace.  Upstairs, two dozen or more people can meet in the Great Room.

Parties and Celebrations

In warm weather, small groups can meet on the tipi-shaded patio or in the optional party tent.  Free wireless internet service is available.  Caterers are welcome or our kitchen is available for meal preparation.
