CHECK IN TIME: Guests should arrive for check in by 7:00 p.m. Jerry greatly appreciates guest arrivals at the K3 Guest Ranch Bed & Breakfast before 7:00 p.m. MDT before guests attend the different evening activities in Cody. The K3 Guest Ranch is not a motel and therefore not continuously staffed. If you cannot arrive before 7:00 p.m., please notify us so we can meet you, at the K3, at the time you designate. To make arrangements for arrival after 7:00 p.m., please call 888-587-2080 or 307-587-2080 or email us at jerry@k3guestranch.com.BREAKFAST is served at 8 a.m. outdoors on our breakfast patio weather permitting. CHECK OUT time is by 10:00 a.m. SMOKING: All areas inside the K3 Guest Ranch Lodge and outbuildings are smoke-free, but smoking is allowed outside away from doors and windows. CHILDREN may play in our lovely fenced lawn and garden area. Our beautiful creek, canal and the surrounding areas are not fenced, therefore, parents must closely supervise their children in these areas. PETS are welcome at the K3 Guest Ranch Bed & Breakfast, but must be leashed, kept outside and confined at night. CANCELLATION POLICIES: ROOMS AND OTHER EVENTS: We understand that sometimes the best made plans must change. K3 Guest Ranch Bed & Breakfast is a small property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Therefore, each cancellation affects us significantly. If your travel or event plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival or event date to cancel your reservation and authorize a 15% processing fee. In the unlikely event that you must cancel your reservation with less than fourteen (14) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.WEDDINGS: We find that most weddings are planned as far as a year in advance which effects our cancellation policy greatly. We require a 50% deposit on all weddings. For cancellations made more than (265 days) prior to your wedding, we will refund your deposit, less a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within nine months (265 days) of your wedding - your deposit will be forfeited. Rates/policies are subject to change and may vary during high impact periods and special requests.
